The mission of the Arizona Osteoporosis Coalition is to "bring together entities and individuals all over Arizona to prevent and treat osteoporosis through education, communication and public activity.

Educating the public about bone health and osteoporosis health policies, public health concerns and issues is a prime concern of AZOC;

Strong Voices for Strong Bones Advocacy Training Meeting

The Arizona Osteoporosis Coalition (AZOC) and The National Osteoporosis Foundation (NOF) worked together forr Strong Voices for Strong Bones Advocacy Training in June 2008. Participants learned how government policies can make a difference for those at risk for or with osteoporosis and o build and strengthen your successful advocacy skills at this free training sponsored by NOF, National Osteoporosis and AZOC.
