The sixth annual Hot Shot Team Challenge was held on Tuesday Oct. 13th at the Wells Fargo Arena. Twenty plus adult and kid teams did a hot shot competition. Fun was had by all and the gym was full of energy. The 2009-2010 ASU Lady Sun Devil Basketball team were introduced and assisted at the shooting baskets. They also brought a team autographed ball for the raffles. Fox news covered the event and broadcast at 10pm news. Jeff Munn was the special announcer and the Boogie for your Bones Dancers from Casa Grande-part of the Best Bones Forever Program- provided entertainment along with the ASU cheerleaders and SPARKY. The AZOC provided free heel screening and many folks had a free bone density test. The Raffle prizes were a hit! Many great items included- passes to ASU Lady Basketball and a Suns game and autographed Grant Hill photo. There were also, gym passes, massage and facials certificate, movie tickets, dinner passes, and an IPod.
